It’s a great question to sit with, are you getting rehired?
If you let that sit for a minute, think about how many times you dance around a subject or avoid it all together

We can be more intentional and act more quickly in removing the relationships that are out of alignment with how we choose to operate by having filters in place to consider and act on.
What an honor it is to be asked for advice. Stop to think about that.
Treat people like humans, take great notes on who they are and where they are in their life, set reminders to follow up based on when their various milestones of life are coming to fruition, and follow up.
Having a word of the year is a simple and proactive way to review 2025 and be intentional about what you want and need going into 2026.
