Writing this today is a reminder for me to never forget to focus on the most important part of our business, which is our talented team members.
The clarity that comes from asking the question “what’s in for them” in any situation immediately comes back to you being an asset or a liability to the world.
If you can increase your baselines so that your bare minimums are at a place where you can’t fail, that’s a great place to be.
Being helpful is good, always. Helpful is the gateway for overall goodness.
